(只是)所有美丽的东西/人/地方/事物,
我都喜欢/欣赏/爱。

in my free time sometimes I like to look at people's old photos, or read their old blog posts-
it's the same person, only, it was them before you knew them;
but they're who they are, the same.
it's just him/her, before you met.
other moments, other times, other smiles, other glances, with other people-
it's like a __(insert name of person) you never knew-
in that way, reading old posts or looking at old photos is like getting to know a new part of them,
and that makes me feel even more fond of the person, somehow.

那个笑容,
那点开心,
那种温柔-
那是我不认识的你。

I used to think that to uphold what is right, factual, proven, fair, just, correct is of insurmountable importance-
I'd argue to my death trying to convince someone that he/she was mistaken about a fact, that the perspective was proven to be wrong (though things for which there is no right/wrong fact/fiction I am very open to listening to multiple perspectives)
but these days I've been thinking-
is this really so important?
worth arguing to death for.
People are entitled to their opinions/thoughts, misconceptions or not,
and as long as it's not a matter of life and death, it doesn't make too much a difference whether you hold on to the misconception or the truth.
so why not let people be.
just let people be.
