Was totally caught off-guard when first thing in the morning once i entered the office, my boss very apologetically apologized to me for forgetting to tell me that i may need to go to London next week for a few days for 'very important training' with the other grads, that he would speak to my line manager and 'get things sorted out' and send me the details.

which boss apologizes to their employees?! Geez!

if anything, this is the reason why i'm working here, why is he so nice???

he said Mark (the big big boss who i met when i went to UK last October) was 'very cross' when he realised my name was not listed in the list of grads attending the training.

bottom line:

i may be going to London next week.

Yay?!
