i talk for 15 minutes, answer what it must have seemed like 20 questions, ranging from my educational background, my personality characteristics, why my alias is scrabbyknees, to why i went from straight As in o levels to not-so-straight As in A levels, and then,
*smiles* 'so you are a quite a personable person, yah?'
yeah, erm, i think so.
(er, i guess so? lol?)

interviewers say the darnest things-
there are so many lines i want to etch into my memory for ever and ever i could come up with a book of 'funniest comments made by interviewers during an interview'
and also i can SO fake the perfect candidate already.
the classic: what do you do in your free time?
p.s. you know what they want, so say it- I LOVE TO PLAY SPORTS, LOL!
(don't mind the offence, but what's wrong with an employee that likes to do nothing but slouch in a corner on his sofa in the living room and watch the telly while eating junk food in his free time?)
employers. tsk.
------------------------------
school has started and i'm quite into things- enjoying it quite abit. minus the having to decipher the vietnamese-australian accent from time-to-time, i'm really quite appreciating the curriculum. not so appreciating studying with dragon and tiger babies though. urgh. like how my sis put it, i am fresh meat waiting to be devoured in the classroom.
oh, come ye feast on thy rabbit.
dinner tomorrow with soohf and J, who disappearred into the oblivion (once again) that some of us come to know as 'keppel industries'. A facebook message and all i said was 'hello, are you still alive' and that's how it started. yes, J is still alive. though perhaps cringing in pain in a corner of keppel industries, subsisting on pay that is less than that of a part-time tuition teacher. yes. sad but alive. it'd be nice to catch up, i guess. it's been quite/such a long time, sigh.
and though i haven't signed yet but there's already a company function to go to in 2 week's time!
GAH! time to turn on the charm and switch on my extroverted-super-talkative-very-affable-and-personable-alterego called wenlin-the-desperate-t0-no-longer-be-jobless!
a little long for a name, but that's the best i could come up with.
i am starting to actually believe i am very extroverted.
am i (not)?
