but i sorely missed ahlam :(
oh well, at least there were other players, who i grew to like so much that i gave pet names to
such as

subramani aka hardy cos hes taken so many knocks but never has falled or cracked
they should seriously consider him as their spokesperson for calcium supplements
and his wife said she was angry that other players always liked to kick her husband

itimi dickson, aka speedy
cos hes always so freaking fast and good at false moves to cheat the opponent so that he can keep possesion of the ball
its always a pleasure to watch him do those ball tricks

goh tat chuan, aka tc goh, aka steady
cos this mid fielder is one of the unsung heros of this tournament
despite his outwardly beng-like looks his nice character has gotten the better of me :) tc rocks

theres our mvp, lionel lewis, aka handy
cos his hands have become one of the most reassuring pairs throughout this entire tournament and his freaking 1.88 m frame as he couches like a sumo wrestler to prepare to kick the ball
